    What is dropshipping?

    Dropshipping is when we ship out your order to your customer with your company information on the shipping label. Your customer will have no idea DealerLeather Wholesale exists in the order process. We will not include any paperwork or information about DealerLeather Wholesale in the package. You are responsible to provide your customer with the invoice, DealerLeather Wholesale will not send any invoices to your customers. The invoice will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

On the left side under Account you will see different categories, and Downloads category in that category you can Download the 2014 - 2015 Dealer Leather Wholesale Pricing.     There are two ways to track your order.

    1. Logged In Users


    First log in to your account by clicking here. Under Account click on My Orders. You will see a list of your orders, and if the Order Status states Complete click on View Order.

     

    You will see four tabs "About This Order, Order Information, Invoices, Shipments". Click on Shipments and under Shipment #000000000 (you will see your order number instead of zeros) you will see the tracking number and Track This Shipment option.You can click on the tracking number to view where the package is located.

     

    If an Order Status states Processing click on View Order, but there will be no options to track the order due to following, either the order was not yet shipped, or it was shipped using USPS.

     

    The USPS tends to scan the package when it arrives at their location, and then at the arrival destination, so during that period tracking information might be not available to you on our website.

     

    2. Not Logged In Users


    Go to our home page by clicking here and click on Track Your Order. You will notice Track Your Order heading with fields "Order ID, Billing Last Name, and Email or Zip Code". Order ID is the Order Number (example: 2000000123).


    Your order number is located in your account under My Orders or in your Email confirmation that you received when you placed the order.

     

    Once you fill in the fields, click on Continue.
